Return Policy

Please note this is our online return policy.

If you have questions regarding our showroom return policy, please contact us at (936)-828-3788, and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Items that are defective or damaged will be handled with no fee to the customer. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return fees are the customer’s responsibility. Should you, the customer, decide to return your items you are responsible for the following:

  • Correct Packaging of the Product
  • Return Shipping Fees
  • Proof of Return

 

Donna’s Home Furnishings / dhfonline.com is not liable for insufficient packaging or transient damage. Returned Merchandise will not be refined if received in damaged condition. You will be refunded for the product only. Delivery Fees at our expense will not be refunded. Returned items must be received within 14 days of original receipt. 

 

Refund or Store Credit:

 

You will receive a refund or store credit if items are received in mint condition and within 14 days, less the original delivery fee and less a 20% restocking fee. If you have any further questions or concerns please email us at sales@dhfonline.com

Check that your item is listed as a returnable, below. All returns must be in their original condition and with their original packaging. If you don’t see your item on the lists below, or have a question about a non returnable item, please email us at sales@dhfonline.com. We want to help anyway we can!

  • Accessories
  • Rugs
  • Uninstalled Lighting
  • Defective, incorrect, or items damaged upon receipt

Non-Returnable Items

  • Furniture 
  • Art
  • Mirrors
  • Installed Lighting
  • Purchased Items That Have Wear and Tear
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom Items
  • Delivered Items Beyond 10 days of Receipt
  • Discounted Product or Product Purchased During Sales Period

STEP 2

If your item is returnable, initiate a return by sending us an email at slaes@dhfonline.com with your order reference number. Please see the “Claims” section for additional information required to process the claim. If there are questions about your return, please email us at sales@dhfonline.com
