How it works:

Once you, the customer, have placed an order you should receive a confirmation of your order via email upon purchase. If for some reason you have not received a confirmation email please contact sales@dhfonline.com and we’d be happy to assist you further. 

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. DHFonline.com is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Change of Address?

At Donna’s Home Furnishings, we understand that our customers may need to change their shipping address after placing an order. We want to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also protecting against fraudulent address changes. Therefore, we have established the following change of address shipping policy:

Timing of Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order is shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.

Fees for Address Changes

If we are able to update your shipping address before your order is shipped, there will be no fee for the address change. However, if your order has already been shipped, and we are able to intercept the shipment and redirect it to the new address, there may be a fee for the address change. The fee will depend on the carrier's fees for intercepting and redirecting shipments, and any other applicable fees.

Liability for Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped to the updated address, we are no longer liable for the delivery of the package. We recommend that you contact the carrier directly to update your shipping address and ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and notification of the shipper. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on DHFonline.com. If you are ordering multiple items, we can not guarantee that all items will  ship at the same time. If you have any questions or concerns about our tracking policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at sales@dhfonline.com. We are always happy to help.

International Shipping

At this time, DHFonline.com only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Services Offered

We offer multiple delivery services to provide our customers with a convenient and efficient way to receive their purchases. We strive to provide our customers with a seamless delivery experience, and to ensure that our policies are transparent and fair. Please take note of the following delivery options:

3PL:

We coordinate white glove services at your expense. Our team will handle the logistical part of this experience.

UPS/FEDEX:

Most items will come via UPS or FedEX and you will receive a tracking number.

Local?

We offer a logistics team for local deliveries at your expense. Fees are provided upon request.

Delivery Fees for Online Purchases:

The majority of our items calculate the delivery fees once added to your purchase at checkout. However larger items such as heavy furniture may require a quote before purchase. The delivery fee will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.
